What are Tapas?
Tapas-style dining is actually an old tradition. The Venetians call these small dishes Cicchetti, the Chinese – dim sum, Middle Easterners – mezze, and the Spanish – “Tapas”, which is the name we use.
At 4 Sisters, our “Tapas”, like many other parts of the world, are a selection of smaller signature dishes. Some are served hot and some are served cold but all are bursting with big flavor.
